Our Breeding Program
Welcome to our reputable breeding program, where the well-being of our puppies takes precedence. Our commitment to responsible breeding ensures that each puppy receives genuine human interaction within the comforting embrace of a loving family home.
Our puppies’ early weeks are spent in a secure indoor whelping box, providing them with a safe and cozy environment. Our program focuses on quality, not quantity, guaranteeing that every puppy benefits from individual attention and care.
Additionally, our 1-acre fenced yard offers a supervised outdoor haven, allowing the puppies to explore and play while developing essential skills. Join us in fostering lasting connections with joyful, healthy, and well-socialized puppies destined for loving homes.
All of our litters are AKC registered.
Week 1
- Dewclaws are removed.
- Early neurological stimulation (to help stimulate the puppies and improve their natural abilities).
Week 2
- De-worming.
- Early neurological stimulation continued.
Week 3
- Introduce soaked ground kibble to their diet and nursing.
- Start to introduce Dr. Carmen Battaglia’s Rule of 7 for puppies. A way to introduce puppies to different socialization experiences.
Week 4
- De-worming.
- Diet will include 1/2 ground and 1/2 whole kibble soaked and nursing.
- Rule of 7.
Week 5
- Diet now includes soaked whole kibble and nursing.
- Rule of 7.
Week 6
- De-worming.
- Vet check and health cleared with letter provided from the clinic.
- 6 week vaccinations.
- Dry kibble and weaning from nursing.
- Rule of 7.
Week 7
- Rule of 7.
- Solid foods only.
- Volhard’s puppy aptitude test. We do this to better understand the personality of the puppy, which helps us find the perfect home for the puppy.
Week 8
- De-worming.
- 8 week vaccinations.
- Micro-chipped (Ownership will be transferred after adoption).
- Evaluated and graded for showing by Kyle Hennefer of Paws 4 Thought.
- Ready for their new family!
