“I reached out to Sherisse after finding Ruby’s Berners on social media. I was very nervous because I never purchased a puppy from a breeder and didn’t know what to expect. I was also still missing my dog that passed away the previous year and was ready for a companion again. Sherisse was so understanding and took her time walking me through the progress. When the puppies were born, she kept in weekly contact with me and answered all of my questions in a quick manner. Although I live in another state, she was happy to do video calls so I could still meet the puppies and watch them grow. Once the puppies completed the Volhard’s Puppy Aptitude Test, I was able to choose one. This test helped me get a better placement since I knew I wanted to do a lot of training with my boy. We used a trusted third party company to fly my puppy out so it wasn’t stressful at all. My puppy has now passed his Advanced Canine Good Citizen and started therapy training. He is such a sweet, fearless, well-mannered pup whose personality could only come from Sherisse’s ethical breeding and socialization methods. We will be eternally grateful to her for bringing us together!”
